24 November 2021, YSchools, Troyes

Nearly 80 people gathered on 24 November to discover, meet or rediscover the regional hemp ecosystem, thanks to the initiative of the Hemp European Hub.
After many months of long-distance cooperation and the impossibility of organising the large-scale meetings we had hoped for from the start of the Hemp European Hub project, we have finally succeeded! To enable all those involved in the hemp ecosystem – farmers, textile and building professionals, plastics manufacturers, researchers, R&D specialists, ingredient manufacturers, extractors, institutions, machinists, etc. – to meet and discuss a plant that arouses every desire and curiosity: hemp.
More generally, we all had one thing in common that day: the desire to use fibres, ingredients or materials of natural origin for economic development that is more respectful of our environment.
Thank you all for taking part and for your ideas, constructive criticism and encouragement.
We’ll be meeting again at the end of 2022 to launch the future Hemp European Hub !
