Dans le cadre de son développement et de la mise en œuvre de ses projets et son programme de R&D sociale, le Pôle européen du chanvre recrute un·e Chargé·e de projet en CDI.

Your mission
Reporting directly to the Director of the company, and working as part of a small, committed team, you will manage research-action projects, local initiatives and sector development. You will contribute to the implementation of the compannys ‘s social R&D program.
Your main tasks
- Implementing the social R&D strategy and organising related actions
- Monitor and coordinate the company’s projects: calls for projects, partnership coordination, meetings, deliverables
- Produce content for promotional purposes: summaries, reports, presentations, speeches, etc.
- Participate in the life of the company: governance, collective tasks, events, etc.
Profile required
Skills :
- Excellent writing skills, ability to summarise
- Good verbal and group facilitation skills
- Knowledge of human and social sciences appreciated
- Proficiency in office automation and analysis tools (including Excel)
- Fluency in English
People skills :
- Autonomy, rigour, organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork
- Ability to work with a variety of partners (local authorities, businesses, networks, farmers, etc.)
Education & experience :
- 5 years’ higher education (social sciences, IEP, business school)
- At least 3 years’ experience
- Previous experience of managing R&D projects in the human and social sciences would be appreciated.
- A good knowledge of the local economic fabric, and ideally of the Hemp European Hub, would be a real asset.
Working conditions
- Permanent contract, starting in September 2025
- Salary: €36,000 gross per annum
- Location: on site (13 avenue de l’Europe, Parc du Grand Troyes, 10300 SAINTE-SAVINE) and possibility of partial teleworking.
- Occasional travel, occasional weekend work, work at specific events.
