A look back at the excellent promotion of hemp at the International Agricultural Show thanks to the mobilization of stakeholders in the sector. The Hemp European Hub was present alongside La Chanvrière on the stand of the Aube Department and the Aube Chamber of Agriculture from February 27 to 29.
We were able to share the qualities and applications of hemp and promote our members’ activities and products to the general public. In particular, we’ve noticed the public’s enthusiasm for the food and cosmetic uses of hemp!
With the “Hemp Trail through the Regions” coordinated by InterChanvre, hemp was represented in several areas of the exhibition on February 27. On the same day, producers and manufacturers spoke at a press conference organized as part of the launch of the book “Portraits de Chanvriers” (Portraits of Hemp Growers) to highlight the development of the industry and its markets.
Throughout the event, a hemp exhibition was on display in the Agri’Expo area dedicated to the bioeconomy. This exhibition highlighted the components of hemp (seeds, shives, and fiber) and examples of hemp products.
