As a SCIC (Société coopérative d’intérêts collectifs), the European Hemp hub is based on collective governance founded on democratic and cooperative values. Within this framework, the Annual General Meeting, as the central governance body, plays a key role in defining the company’s strategic orientations.
It is against this backdrop that on 16 May we will be holding our Annual General Meeting for all our members.
Much more than a simple statutory obligation, it is a space for co-construction where our various associates meet, express themselves, question, vote and co-orientate the common work. This guarantees not only collective expression, but also the legitimacy of our decisions.
In addition to the purely statutory items, a number of activities are on the agenda for this meeting
- Collective engagement and understanding of the R&D program Fields of cooperation, which will soon be finalised;
- Partial renewal of the Cooperative Council ;
- Discussions on the activities of the various circles and working groups within the hub.
